India, Sept. 3 -- Genesys is stepping up its push into agentic artificial intelligence (AI), as enterprises move from experimenting with AI to deploying systems that can coordinate actions across customer service operations.

At its Xperience 2026 event in Las Vegas, the company said Genesys Cloud reached nearly USD 2.9 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR) during the second quarter of fiscal year 2027, covering May 1-July 31, 2026. ARR grew more than 30% year on year.

AI is emerging as a faster-growing part of that business. Genesys Cloud AI ARR crossed USD 400 million, with its year-on-year growth rate more than twice that of overall Genesys Cloud ARR, according to the company.
