India, Sept. 3 -- Enterprise AI is rapidly moving beyond individual copilots and isolated agents. The harder problem now is getting multiple AI agents, enterprise applications and business workflows to work together without losing context, control or accountability.

Genesys is trying to address that problem by expanding the ecosystem around Genesys Cloud, with new and continuing collaborations involving Adobe, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Meta, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Sierra.
