India, Sept. 4 -- Dell Technologies has expanded its commercial AI computing portfolio in India and launched a workforce development programme that aims to train 23,000 youth for roles in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and electronics manufacturing.

The announcements were made at Dell Technologies Forum 2026 in Mumbai on September 2, as enterprises increase their use of AI while India faces demand for workers with skills across AI, electronics manufacturing, and semiconductors. The forum brought together technology leaders, businesses, and IT decision-makers to discuss AI, enterprise computing, and workplace technology.
