India, July 28 -- Coforge has started FY27 with a sharp expansion in scale, reporting a 49.2% year-on-year increase in revenue to Rs 5,527.7 crore. However, the quarter is best read as an acquisition-led scale event rather than a purely organic acceleration.

The company consolidated two months of financials from Encora, effective May 1, 2026. Encora contributed USD 100.7 million to Coforge's total quarterly revenue of USD 592.2 million, accounting for nearly 17% of the combined business.

In US dollar terms, revenue increased 33.3% year-on-year and 21.1% sequentially. Consolidated constant-currency growth was 22.3% quarter-on-quarter. Yet Coforge's underlying organic constant-currency growth was considerably lower at 1.1%.
