India, Oct. 2 -- New research from International Workplace Group (IWG) suggests that AI is helping younger professionals acquire knowledge, confidence, and capabilities that traditionally came with years of workplace experience. According to IWG, 80% of young leaders surveyed say AI gives them knowledge they would previously have needed years of experience to gain, while 79% say the technology allows them to perform tasks beyond their current level of seniority.

Senior executives appear to be noticing the change. IWG says 82% of senior leaders believe AI is fast-tracking the rise of younger leaders, while 80% believe younger employees are reaching leadership positions earlier than previous generations.
