India, Oct. 7 -- Enterprises are investing heavily in AI, but infrastructure spending is beginning to move ahead of production readiness. Many companies are still working out the use cases, data foundations, and business returns needed to take AI beyond experimentation.

Some organisations have already approached AHEAD looking to acquire AI infrastructure without a clearly defined use case, driven in part by pressure from boards not to fall behind. At the same time, much of the enterprise market is still working through data readiness, governance, security, and the economics of taking AI beyond experimentation.
