India, Aug. 18 -- Indian enterprises are no longer debating whether to invest in the cloud and artificial intelligence (AI). The bigger concern is whether their existing technology and business foundations are ready to support AI at scale.

That shift is becoming more visible as enterprises move from Generative AI (GenAI) assistants and pilots towards Agentic AI systems that can interact with applications, trigger workflows, and take actions. The challenge is no longer simply access to models or cloud infrastructure. Data quality, application architecture, technical debt, governance, security, and organisational readiness are becoming equally important.
