India, July 21 -- The enterprise AI debate is moving from model capability to operating reality. Building a copilot that generates content or summarises information is one thing. Allowing an AI agent to initiate a payment, update a forecast, recommend a hiring decision or alter a supply-chain plan is quite another.

This is where questions of process context, data access, permissions, governance and accountability begin to matter as much as the intelligence of the underlying model.
