4.8 Million Cybersecurity Jobs Unfilled As Threats Accelerate, Says Kerala DGP Manoj Abraham
India, Sept. 9 -- The rapid expansion of cyber threats is creating an equally urgent demand for cybersecurity professionals, with 4.8 million cybersecurity positions currently unfilled worldwide, Kerala Director General of Police (DGP) Manoj Abraham said at the second edition of the Kerala Cyber Suraksha Summit (KCSS).
Speaking at the summit, organized recently by F9 Infotech in collaboration with the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) in Kochi, Abraham said cyberattacks have evolved from being primarily a technology problem to a threat capable of disrupting critical infrastructure, organizations and even national security.
