New Delhi, June 27 -- India's micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have spent the past decade embracing digital transformation. From adopting UPI and GST to selling through ecommerce marketplaces and using cloud-based software, millions of small businesses have become increasingly digital. Yet, as artificial intelligence (AI) reshapes industries worldwide, India's over seven crore registered MSMEs are moving beyond digital adoption and preparing for the next phase of growth.
