New Delhi, March 13 -- Businesses don't just require more software but intelligence that can act, said Harshil Mathur, co-founder and CEO of Razorpay, as the fintech company unveiled a new set of artificial intelligence tools built in partnership with AI company Anthropic to help businesses manage payments and operations more efficiently.

At its annual fintech event FTX 2026 in Bengaluru on Thursday, Razorpay launched Agent Studio and the Agentic Experience Platform, new AI-powered tools developed using Anthropic's Claude technology. The products are designed to help businesses onboard faster, integrate payments into their products and manage payment operations through conversational interfaces.
