New Delhi, April 14 -- India has emerged as the Asia-Pacific (APAC) epicentre of ransomware activity, with manufacturing organisations witnessing a sharp rise in cyberattacks, according to a new report by Check Point Software Technologies.

The report, titled Manufacturing Threat Landscape 2025, highlights a rapidly intensifying cybersecurity environment for the manufacturing sector, driven by increased digitisation and evolving threat actor strategies.
