New Delhi, July 26 -- Mysuru is emerging as one of Karnataka's fastest-growing technology talent hubs, with nearly 44,600 professionals across India expressing interest in relocating to the city, according to a new talent report released on 23 July, 2026 (Thursday) at the Mysuru Big Tech Show 2026.

The Mysuru Cluster Talent Report, prepared by talent intelligence firm Xpheno in partnership with the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM), estimates that the Mysuru cluster now has nearly 3,00,000 active white-collar professionals, including around 90,000 experienced professionals, making it Karnataka's second-largest technology talent ecosystem after Bengaluru.
