New Delhi, Oct. 29 -- Inkle, an AI-powered accounting and bookkeeping firm with its product and engineering hub in Bengaluru, has acquired the bookkeeping division of US financial operations platform Finally, expanding its AI-led services and customer base across the American small-business market.

The all-cash asset purchase brings approximately 100 employees from Finally into Inkle, taking its workforce to around 160 people across five countries. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
