New Delhi, June 15 -- EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) unit plans to increase its deployment of AI agents to 1,00,000 by 2028 while continuing to expand its workforce, underscoring how large enterprises are increasingly adopting artificial intelligence alongside human talent rather than replacing it.

The company shared the roadmap as it launched the ey.ai Center for Reimagination at its Global Delivery Services (GDS) campus in Bengaluru. The 40,000-square-foot immersive experience center is designed to help organizations explore how AI, automation and emerging technologies could reshape industries, business models and decision-making.
