New Delhi, Sept. 29 -- India's technology workforce is facing a growing divide where companies are struggling to find professionals with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) skills even as routine technology roles face slower salary growth and pressure on entry-level hiring. At the same time, millions of professionals have reportedly undergone upskilling, but only a fraction have advanced AI skills, according to TeamLease Digital's Digital Skills & Salary Primer FY2026-27 report.
