New Delhi, April 16 -- India's entry-level job market is seeing a shift toward AI-led and creative roles, even as opportunities expand beyond traditional technology sectors, according to a new report by LinkedIn.

The platform's Grads' Guide 2026 found that roles such as AI Specialist, Generative AI Engineer, and Digital Content Creator are among the fastest-growing for fresh graduates, reflecting evolving employer demand and changing career pathways.

The report, based on LinkedIn's Economic Graph data, also pointed to growing demand across functions like Human Resources (HR), Consulting, Information Technology (IT), Marketing, and Project Management, hence indicating that hiring momentum is no longer limited to core tech roles.
