New Delhi, May 5 -- Users are increasingly relying on AI assistant Claude for personal guidance rather than just factual queries, reveals a new study published by Anthropic, signalling a shift in how generative AI is being used in everyday life.
A study by Anthropic analysed 6,39,000 conversations, drawn from a broader dataset of around one million anonymized interactions, using privacy safeguards. The study provides a clear view of how people use AI in real-life, sensitive situations.
