Kishtwar, Sep 6, Sept. 8 -- The Assam Rifles successfully concluded a 14-day stitching and tailoring training programme for 20 women from Keshwan in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir, as part of its community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.
