South Africa, Aug. 24 -- The traditional school day has long been built around a fairly fixed rhythm: early mornings, set classroom hours, homework in the afternoon, and extracurricular activities squeezed into whatever time remains.
For many families, that model still works well. But for others, particularly those raising young athletes, performers and children with demanding extracurricular commitments, the daily balancing act can become increasingly difficult.
