India, June 11 -- Skoda Auto India will open bookings for the new Kodiaq RS on June 22, bringing a 4*4 drivetrain and a seven-seat layout to the brand's flagship SUV in India.

Skoda Auto India has announced that bookings for the Kodiaq RS will open on June 22, 2026. The SUV will be the first seven-seat Skoda in India to carry the RS badge and is also claimed to be the fastest Skoda currently on sale in the country. The RS badge, which stands for Rally Sport, has been associated with the brand's performance-focused models for more than 50 years, including the popular Octavia RS.

The new Kodiaq RS combines that performance-focused approach with the practicality of a three-row SUV and standard all-wheel-drive capability.
