India, Jan. 27 -- Renault has unveiled the India-spec Duster, marking its return to the market after being discontinued in 2022. The SUV arrives in its third-generation avatar and, for the first time, offers a strong-hybrid powertrain. However, it is important to note that deliveries for the strong-hybrid variant will begin by Diwali 2026. The new Strong Hybrid E-Tech 160 combines a 1.8-litre petrol engine with a 1.4kWh battery, and is inspired by Renault's Formula 1 expertise. It is joined by two turbo-petrol engine options in the lineup. Customer deliveries for the turbo models are said to commence in April.
