India, April 10 -- Mercedes-Benz India has had its strongest year yet in the country, clocking 19,363 retail sales in FY2025-26 and setting a new all-time record for the brand here. That is a 2.3 per cent rise over last year's 18,928-unit tally, and it shows the three-pointed star still has serious momentum in India's luxury car space. The company also carried that pace into the opening quarter of 2026, posting 5,131 sales between January and March, up 7 per cent year-on-year. Simply put, buyers continue to line up for everything from executive sedans and SUVs to AMG performance machines and high-end EVs.
