India, March 2 -- Mercedes-Benz India recalls 149 CLE and AMG C 63 units over ADAS software glitch. Affected 2023-24 CBU models to receive free safety update at dealership.
Mercedes-Benz India has issued a recall for 149 units of the CLE and the Mercedes-AMG C 63 following the identification of a software glitch in the ADAS system. The issue resides within the driver assistance software responsible for processing camera and sensor data. These vehicles, manufactured in 2023 and 2024 and imported into India as Completely Built Units (CBUs), include the CLE Cabriolet and the C 63 S E Performance. The manufacturer has commenced communication with owners to schedule service appointments for the necessary software updates.
