India, Sept. 24 -- Maruti Suzuki has commissioned a 300kW green hydrogen plant at its Manesar manufacturing facility in Haryana. The pilot project is aimed at making better use of solar power while reducing emissions from the company's manufacturing operations. The hydrogen produced at the facility will be blended with natural gas and used as process fuel in the manufacturing process.

Maruti Suzuki Green Hydrogen Plant The plant uses solar power generated at the Manesar facility to operate an electrolyser that produces green hydrogen.
