India, Aug. 3 -- Maruti Suzuki has started the second half of the year with a record-breaking performance. In July, the company sold a total of 2,41,421 vehicles, including 30,056 units exported to international markets. Out of this, 2,00,123 vehicles were dispatched across India, making Maruti Suzuki the first passenger vehicle brand to cross the 2 lakh domestic sales mark in a single month. The domestic figure also includes 3,920 commercial vehicles. Compared to July last year, the company's overall sales increased by 33 percent.
