India, Sept. 1 -- JSW MG Motor India has appointed Parth Jindal as Chairman of the company, effective immediately. The appointment follows a meeting of the company's Board of Directors. Jindal has been part of the board since the formation of the joint venture between JSW Group and SAIC Motor and has been involved in areas including product strategy, manufacturing expansion and localisation.
