India, June 2 -- Toyota India records 33,128 units in May 2026, marking 7.34% YoY growth. Fortuner Innova Hycross and Hyryder lead sales as exports jump 61% YoY.

Toyota India posted total sales of 33,128 units in May 2026, registering a 7.34 per cent year-on-year increase over the 30,864 units sold in May last year. Domestic sales crossed the 30,000-unit mark once again, while exports recorded a major jump during the month. Models like the Fortuner and Innova Hycross continued to contribute to Toyota's numbers. The company also crossed 3 lakh cumulative sales of Strong Hybrid Electric Vehicles (SHEV) in India, adding another milestone to its 2026 run in the passenger vehicle market.
