India, July 13 -- Indian lubricant company EnerG has added another international certification to its list with Mercedes-Benz approving its G1 Sonic PLUS 0W-20 engine oil under the MB 229.71 standard. The approval has been granted to NDTH Energy, the company behind the EnerG brand. This is the third time Mercedes-Benz has approved an EnerG engine oil, showing the company's growing presence in the premium lubricant segment.

EnerG G1 Sonic PLUS 0W-20 The newly approved G1 Sonic PLUS 0W-20 is designed for modern petrol and diesel engines that require low-viscosity engine oil. Besides meeting Mercedes-Benz's MB 229.71 standard, the oil also complies with API SQ and ACEA C6 specifications.
