India, May 14 -- BYD India will increase EV prices by up to 2 per cent from July 2026 due to forex fluctuations; current prices remain valid for limited-period bookings.

BYD will increase prices of its electric cars in India from 1 July 2026, with the hike expected to be up to 2 per cent depending on the model and variant. The price revision will apply across BYD's EV range, including the Atto 3 and Sealion 7, both of which continue to attract strong buyer interest across India. Buyers planning to bring home a BYD EV still have some time to lock in current prices before the revised rates come into effect.
