India, Sept. 15 -- The 2027 Kawasaki Vulcan S has been launched in India at Rs 8.23 lakh (ex-showroom), making it Rs 10,000 more expensive than the 2026 model. Kawasaki has kept most of the cruiser unchanged for the new model year, but three notable updates remain. The 649cc parallel-twin engine gets back the 1.4Nm of torque it lost for 2026, the front and rear brake discs are now smaller, and the motorcycle gets a new paint finish. Deliveries are set to begin from mid-September 2026.

2027 Kawasaki Vulcan S: Updates The biggest mechanical update is to the engine output. The 649cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine now produces 62.4Nm of torque at 6,600rpm, up from the 61Nm figure of the 2026 model. Peak power remains unchanged at 60bhp...
