Bangladesh, Sept. 12 -- Trump may not be on the midterm ballot, but his victories, his agenda and the future of his presidency are.

There is a seductive but dangerous idea circulating among some Republican voters: If Washington Republicans have failed to deliver, the best response is to stay home on Election Day and let them suffer.

That is not accountability.
