Bangladesh, Sept. 15 -- The United States is reorganizing one of its most powerful intelligence agencies around a reality Washington can no longer afford to ignore: the next great contest with China will not be fought only with aircraft carriers, missiles or economic sanctions. It will also be fought in algorithms, data centers, cyberspace and artificial intelligence.
