Takaichi may approach Modi to help her dust stains off Tokyo-Seoul ties
Bangladesh, June 19 -- Apparently, all is fine in Japans relations with South Korea today. The recent summits Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi had with South Korean President Lee Jae‑myung in Nara and Andong went off well. Both Tokyo and Seoul seem to calculate today that together they can march ahead in multiple directions of development and foil effectively all their perceived threats in the region.
One, however, finds the legacy of Japanese imperial rule over the Korean peninsula continues to impede the development of Japans overall ties with South Korea.
