Bangladesh, Sept. 5 -- After more than three years of devastating conflict, Sudan stands at a decisive moment in its modern history. A war that has brought enormous suffering to the Sudanese people has failed to resolve the countrys political disputes, while the humanitarian consequences have become increasingly unbearable.
