Bangladesh, April 10 -- Moments that appear decisive in international politics often hide deeper and more complex realities beneath the surface. What is presented as an end to conflict can, in practice, represent only a transition into a different phase of confrontation. The ceasefire between the United States and Iran illustrates this dynamic clearly.
