China overtakes US in global favorability, Pew survey finds amid shifting world perceptions
Bangladesh, July 17 -- A new global survey by the Pew Research Center suggests that international public opinion is undergoing a significant shift, with China now viewed more favorably than the United States across much of the world. The findings mark a notable change in global sentiment, as Beijing and Chinese President Xi Jinping received higher favorability ratings than Washington and US President Donald Trump in a majority of the countries surveyed.
