Gangtok, Feb. 22 -- In a significant anti-narcotics operation, the team from Sadar Police Station conducted a late-night raid at a rented house in Lingding and recovered over 100 grams of suspected brown sugar. Four individuals were arrested during this operation. Police sources said the raid started after getting specific intelligence about illegal drug activities at the location. The operation was carried out under the direct supervision of the Station House Officer (SHO) of Sadar Police Station to ensure proper procedures were followed.

The search took place in the presence of Sub-Divisional Magistrate Roshan Subba, independent witnesses, and the landlord of the rented property.
