New Delhi, July 12 -- The FIFA World Cup 2026 delivers its most anticipated fixture yet as France and Spain, the top two ranked teams in world football, meet in the first semifinal at Dallas Stadium in the early hours of Wednesday, July 15 (12:30 AM IST). The winner advances to the July 19 final at MetLife Stadium, New Jersey.

For the first time in World Cup history, all four semifinalists are the top four teams in the FIFA rankings, and this clash pits number one against number three.
