Voice AI becomes a new tool for customer intelligence in Insurance
India, July 9 -- Axis Max Life Insurance, formerly Max Life Insurance Company, has deployed GreyLabs AI's Voice AI Suite to analyse customer interactions and improve sales processes through large-scale conversation intelligence.
The deployment enables the insurer to assess all meaningful customer calls using artificial intelligence rather than relying on selective manual reviews. According to the companies, the approach has contributed to an improvement of nearly 15 per cent in sales conversion rates.
One of the key findings from the deployment was that the opening stages of a sales conversation can provide a stronger indication of conversion likelihood than traditional demographic indicators.
