India, Sept. 9 -- Tech Mahindra has introduced its zero gravity telco architecture, a framework aimed at helping communication service providers (CSPs) address legacy technology constraints as they move towards AI-enabled and autonomous operations.

The framework focuses on the structural and data-related challenges that can prevent AI initiatives from moving beyond pilots and into core telecom operations. It includes an AI-readiness diagnostic called the zero gravity Index, which assesses an operator's preparedness for AI-native transformation and identifies a potential transition path from legacy environments to more adaptive operations.
