India, June 11 -- Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a global strategic partnership with Anthropic to support enterprises in scaling the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI). As part of the agreement, TCS will establish a dedicated business unit focused on developing customer-focused AI solutions, industry-specific use cases, and expertise around Anthropic's Claude family of AI models through early access.

The partnership is aimed particularly at regulated industries, where many AI initiatives struggle to move beyond pilot programmes due to stringent requirements around accuracy, oversight, governance, and auditability.
