India, Oct. 9 -- Qualcomm Technologies has showcased upcoming flagship smartphones powered by its Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 and Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 mobile platforms at the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2026, highlighting the growing role of on-device artificial intelligence (AI) in premium smartphones.

The devices previewed at the event included the iQOO 16, Motorola Signature 27 and Xiaomi 18 Pro. The Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 will power the iQOO 16 and Motorola Signature 27, while the Xiaomi 18 Pro will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6.
