India, Aug. 27 -- SkyFi, an earth intelligence platform has launched Rowan, an AI navigator integrated into its earth observation platform, allowing users to query satellite imagery and geospatial data using natural language.

The tool is designed to translate location-based questions into satellite imagery searches, new imagery requests and geospatial analysis without requiring users to have specialist knowledge of satellite sensors, imagery terminology or geographic information system (GIS) workflows.

Rowan can search SkyFi's satellite imagery archive, including images previously ordered by a user, assess requirements for new satellite captures and recommend or run geospatial analytics.
