India, Sept. 28 -- Park+, an auto-tech platform has migrated its core infrastructure to Akamai Cloud as the auto-tech platform seeks to simplify its multi-cloud environment, improve cost predictability and support the expansion of its digital services.

According to Akamai Technologies, the migration is expected to reduce Park+'s infrastructure costs by 50-60%. The migration covered more than 150 microservices running on Kubernetes, over 100 SQL databases across more than 20 clusters, and multiple Redis, Elasticsearch and Kafka clusters. It also involved transferring more than 100 TB of structured data and over 600 TB of object storage.

The scale of the migration required a phased approach to minimise disruption to Park+ services. Akamai...
