India, Sept. 28 -- The Ministry of Tourism and the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) have launched the National Digital Tourism Stack (NDTS), an open digital infrastructure initiative aimed at connecting tourism providers, destinations and travellers across participating digital platforms.

The initiative is intended to address fragmentation across India's tourism ecosystem, particularly for smaller businesses, local experiences and lesser-known destinations that may have limited access to digital distribution channels.
