India, April 17 -- NetApp has announced an expansion of its collaboration with Google Cloud through a four-year enterprise agreement aimed at accelerating the deployment of its storage solutions within Google Distributed Cloud (GDC). The initiative focuses on air-gapped environments, with the platform delivered in partnership with World Wide Technology (WWT).
The agreement centres on integrating NetApp's data platform into Google Distributed Cloud's sovereign cloud offering. Designed for environments requiring strict data control, the solution is intended to support organisations handling sensitive or classified information while meeting data sovereignty and compliance requirements.
