India, Sept. 10 -- Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has expanded its voice AI partnership with Bengaluru-based AI company Sarvam, with the technology now being used across sales, collections and employee engagement.

The companies announced the expanded collaboration at Global Fintech Fest (GFF) 2026, where Sarvam is the AI Ecosystem Partner.

As part of the deployment, Mahindra Group's AI Division, Mahindra AI, has developed voice agents using Sarvam's platform. The agents operate in 12 Indian languages and have completed more than one crore calls to date, according to the companies.The deployment is being used across three areas of Mahindra Finance's operations.
