India, Sept. 9 -- India has joined a growing international effort to shape the infrastructure and security architecture of 6G, endorsing the Call to Action for 6G Leadership and Security alongside more than 20 governments.

The move puts the focus beyond the future radio interface itself, towards the infrastructure that will underpin next-generation networks, including secure supply chains, interoperability, network resilience, spectrum ecosystems, standards and the technologies needed to operate increasingly software-defined networks.
