India, Oct. 28 -- Hitachi will bring GlobalLogic and Hitachi Digital Services under a single global brand, Hitachi Digital, from 1 April 2027, combining digital engineering, cloud, data, AI and enterprise operations.

Hitachi has announced plans to launch Hitachi Digital on 1 April 2027, bringing its US subsidiaries GlobalLogic and Hitachi Digital Services together under a single company. The move is part of an integration plan announced in January 2026 and is intended to consolidate the group's digital engineering and enterprise technology capabilities.
